How we handle your personal data
Our GDPR Commitment
Kaizen365 (ClearQ AB, org.no 559263-1732) takes data protection seriously. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swedish data protection legislation in all our operations. This document provides an overview of our GDPR procedures.
Data Controller

What data do we process?
We only process personal data necessary to provide our services: name, email, phone, company information, IP addresses, and usage data. We do not collect sensitive personal data without explicit consent.
Purpose and Legal Basis
All processing is based on at least one legal ground under GDPR Article 6: contract performance, legitimate interest, consent, or legal obligation. You always have the right to withdraw your consent.
Data Storage
All data is stored within the EU/EEA in Swedish data centers. We use encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access to personal data is strictly limited to authorized personnel.
Your Rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing. Contact us to exercise your rights.
Personal Data Breaches
In the event of a personal data breach, we notify the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) within 72 hours and affected data subjects without undue delay if the breach entails a high risk.
Third Country Transfers
We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA. All our subcontractors and data centers are located within the EU.
